Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak – warning alarm message.

Further to the recent announcements by the government, we have decided to stop any visitors coming int the home until further notice.

We know that this is a worrying time for everyone, but please rest assured that our dedicated staff are doing all they can to keep your loved ones safe and cared for.

We have taken our direction from the Government, our regulator The CQC and our Local Authority regarding Coronavirus management.

The decision to restrict all non-essential visits to the home has not been taken lightly as we recognise that all the relatives and loved ones want to remain in contact.

Our home has a ‘Relatives Portal’ which enables family members to keep in touch and see the care that their loved one is receiving.  If you would like to access this portal, please contact the Registered Manager either by email – or by phone. You will need to provide your email address for this to be enabled on our system.

We are however still admitting new residents to the home, where possible and appropriate. Our admissions process has been adapted to ensure the safety of all current residents and staff in home.

For further information, or if you would like to make an enquiry, please telephone: 02477 103374.
