Overall Experience5 out of 5My mother was at Platinum Nursing Care home for over two years and I was highly impressed. The genuine care from the staff for the residents was evident and my mother was treated with dignity and respect as well as kindness. Any concerns were dealt with quickly and nothing was too much trouble. The
home was clean and fresh and the meals were healthy and nutritious. Even during the pandemic, the staff did their very best to help us maintain contact with our mother through phone calls, video calls and window visits. The staff also provided activities for the residents, such as craft sessions and games of bingo and the residents were encouraged to interact with each other. There was a garden area where she could sit outside during good weather and admire the flowers that she loved so much. I would highly recommend Platinum Nursing Care.
